Roz Gibson Presents:
For over 10 years, from 1983 to 1997, I did a number of graphic adaptations of favorite songs by classic prog rock artists Genesis, Steve Hackett, Anthony Phillips, Pink Floyd and ELO. Most of these works have been unseen, or seen in a very limited context in small fanzines. About half of them predate the internet, ‘furry’ and probably many of the people reading this.
While the artwork on most of the comics is far below the level I’m capable of currently, I felt that fans of this music still might enjoy seeing them. These comics will probably be appreciated best by people who are familiar with the music, as they were originally meant to be read as the song was playing. Sort of a poor-man’s music video.
